A sculptural vintage Swedish crystal vase by Strömbergshyttan, made in heavy clear crystal with a cool blue-green tint that deepens beautifully along the thick rim and edges.
The form is simple but substantial, with a softly rounded square mouth, tapered sides, and a heavy polished base. The glass has the quiet optical quality associated with Scandinavian crystal — clear through the center, darker and more dimensional where the material gathers at the rim and corners.
